Nescafe Dolce Gusto "Amabile" compatible pods by Passione 88 are a balanced 50% Arabica and 50% Robusta blend. The blend is made of 7 varieties from all around the world: Arabica SHB, HB HGA and "washed" from Central America; "washed " and natural Arabica from Brazil and Colombia; "washed" and natural sun-dried Arabica and Robusta from Ethiopia, Uganda and Togo; "washed " and natural Arabica and Robusta from Indonesia, India and Vietnam.
Passione 88 "Amabile" has a delicate balance between sweetness and body. The aftertaste is long and itense, thanks to the particular Arabica selection.
The medium-intense roasting takes place using a traditional method, i.e. in a rotating drum and a discontinuous cycle, where the beans rotate inside a cylinder through which a current of hot air is conveyed, allowing a uniform toasting. The slowness of the traditional process (up to 10 times slower than the continuous one) brings out the refinement and aromatic complexity of high quality coffees.
"Amabile" Dolce Gusto is therefore a full-bodied and very aromatic coffee, with many different notes from chocolaty to toasted, from sweet to floral. In the cup, the cream is abundant, consistent and intense in its color.

Features and compatibility
Passione 88 Dolce Gusto single-dose "amabile" pods are packaged in 16-pod bags, in a protective atmosphere. This allows maximum hygiene and long-term preservation of the tatse (up to 2 years if stored correctly).
