The Passione 88 Gold Blend Nespresso compatible capsules contain a blend of 50% Robusta and 50% Arabica, with high creaminess, aroma and taste. The blend is made up of Robusta varieties from India and Uganda and Arabica from Brazil, to enhance the aromatic notes. Gold blend gives an espresso with floral aromatic notes, accompanied by good acidity, balance and body. The perfume can already be tasted from the opening of the blister which ideally maintains the aroma of the ground coffee. Great throughout the day! Perfect balance in roasting and choice of blend, it is one of Passione 88's most popular coffees. Roasting takes place with the traditional method, i.e. in a rotating drum with a discontinuous cycle, where the beans rotate inside a cylinder crossed by a current of hot air which allows for uniform roasting. The slowness of the traditional process (up to 10 times slower than the continuous one) brings out the refinement and aromatic complexity of high quality coffees. Why Passion 88?
