DELIVERY TIMES AND METHODS
CapsuleShop.it carries out coffee shipments all over Europe with DPD mail. All espresso capsules (original and compatible), coffee pods, coffee beans and coffee machines are available from stock except in exceptional cases. This means that the indicative delivery times for Europe are around 3 to 5 working days *.
Delivery times are applicable for all orders for coffee capsules placed before 12 noon. Orders placed after 12 noon are considered postponed by one day. Delays are possible due to force majeure (not attributable to CapsuleShop.it or the courier).
These hours are valid for orders paid by credit card and PayPal. For coffee orders with payment by bank transfer, delivery times refer to the reception by CapsuleShop.it of the confirmation of payment by the bank.
If the coffee is temporarily unavailable in the warehouse, CapsuleShop.it will indicate this directly on the site. If, despite our attention, you purchase products that are temporarily unavailable, you will be contacted immediately by telephone. The new delivery times will be communicated to you and you will of course always have the possibility of canceling the coffee order.
RETURNS
You have the right to terminate the contract, without giving reasons, within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day "when you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the goods.". To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to terminate this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example, letter sent by post or e-mail to Future Store snc, Via Vittorino da Feltre 6, 31100 Treviso - info @ capsuleshop.it). For this purpose, you can use the attached model withdrawal form * (see below), but it is not compulsory. To respect the withdrawal period, you just have to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiration of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments you made to us, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your possible choice of a delivery type other than the cheapest standard delivery type offered), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day we are informed of your decision to terminate this contract. These refunds will be made using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no case will you have to bear any costs due to this reimbursement. The reimbursement may be suspended until receipt of the goods or until the consumer shows that he has returned the goods, if they are earlier.
It is requested to return the goods to us or to deliver them to us, without undue delay and in any event within 14 days from the date on which you communicated your withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you return the goods before the 14-day deadline has expired. The direct costs of returning the goods will be your responsibility. You are solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

LEGAL LAW OF CONFORMITY
The legal guarantee of conformity is provided for by the Consumer Code (articles 128 and following) and protects the consumer in the event of the purchase of defective products, which function poorly or do not respond to the use declared by the seller. For more information, see paragraph 7 of the General Conditions.
SHIPPING COSTS
The total cost of the transaction is automatically calculated on the CapsuleShop.it site, depending on the weight of the goods purchased and the country of residence.
* CapsuleShop.it undertakes to process the goods within the time periods indicated above. However, sometimes, for reasons beyond our control, there may be delays. Any delay cannot therefore constitute a reason for termination of the contract. The buyer has no right to breach any obligation arising from the purchase on www.capsuleshop.it. In the event of non-compliance with the obligations arising from this agreement with the owner of www.capsuleshop.it, this company reserves the right to delay delivery and services. In case of force majeure, the owner of www.capsuleshop.it has the right to check and change the situation without legal intervention, to delay delivery until the main cause is removed, without the buyer having the right to request a refund.
