Information on the processing of personal data pursuant to and for the purposes of art. 13 and 14 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679
Registration on the Site owned and managed by Future Store srl. ("CapsuleShop" or the "Company") and any subsequent purchase of the Products marketed by CapsuleShop through the Site, will entail the processing of personal data concerning you and that are sent to us or that will be indicated by you. Therefore, in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation no. 2016/679, hereby we intend to inform you that the Company, owner of the Site and as Owner, will process the personal data concerning you, in compliance with the principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency, as well as the protection of confidentiality and rights of the interested party, under the following conditions.

name, surname and tax code;

billing address and shipping address.

Art. 3. Data processors:

Art. 5. Purpose of the treatment:
The processing of personal data (including their registration in the Company data) is directed exclusively to the provision of the services offered by Future Store S.r.l. and, in particular, to achieve the following purposes:
a) guarantee the Registration on the Site and the purchase of the Products marketed by CapsuleShop through the Site and, therefore, correctly and punctually fulfill all the obligations deriving from the contractual relationship established with you, as well as the obligations deriving from the law or regulations in force, in particular, in the tax area, as well as in public security;
b) for administrative and accounting purposes, including the possible transmission by e-mail of commercial invoices by CapsuleShop and / or companies connected to the same in the provision of the service;
c) newsletter and marketing, through the sending of commercial communications by our Company through automated contact methods (e-mail, SMS, MMS).
Art. 6. Provision of data and consequences in case of non-consent to treatment:
The provision of data for registration on the site is purely optional, but necessary for access to the reserved area of the site and, therefore, for the purchase of products marketed by CapsuleShop through the site.
Therefore, the Registration implies your consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of carrying out the contractual relationship and for the administrative and accounting purposes, as indicated in points "a" and "b" of the aforementioned art. 5.
With reference to the other purposes of the processing indicated in art. 5 above, we note that consent to the processing of your data is purely optional. However, failure to consent will imply the consequences described below.
In particular, the failure to consent to the processing of data for the purposes referred to in art. 5 lett. "c" above, will make it impossible for you to receive information communications relating to the services and products offered by our company.
Without prejudice to the foregoing, it is understood that, in the event of your refusal to consent to the processing of personal data concerning you, our Company may still use your data for the sole purpose of giving correct fulfillment of the obligations under the laws in force.
We also point out that your consent to the processing of data for one or more of the purposes described above can be revoked at any time, by changing the consent data at the time of each new entry to your account on the Site.
Art. 7. Legal basis of the processing:
The legal basis that justifies the processing of your data is represented by the supply of the services requested by you to Lens Service Srl, by the fulfillment of legal obligations, by the legitimate interest of the Company in the correct management of the relationship, as well as by the explicit consent from you manifested.
Art. 8. Processing methods
The processing of personal data concerning you will be mainly carried out with the aid of electronic or in any case automated means, according to the methods and tools suitable for guaranteeing the security and confidentiality of the data, in compliance with the provisions of EU Regulation no. . 2016/679.
In particular, all technical, IT, organizational, logistical and procedural security measures will be adopted, as required by the aforementioned EU Regulation no. 2016/679, so that the minimum level of data protection required by law is guaranteed, allowing access only to the persons in charge of the processing by the Data Controller or Managers designated by the Data Controller.
The information acquired and the methods of treatment will be relevant and not excessive in relation to the type of services offered and the Products marketed.
The data will also be managed and protected in environments whose access is under constant control.
Art. 9. Communication and dissemination of data:
Your data may be disclosed:
a) to companies or third parties in charge of the storage, packaging, shipping and / or delivery services of the Products purchased through the Site;
b) to post offices, couriers or shippers in charge of the delivery of the Products purchased through the Site;
c) to banking institutions and companies that manage national or international payment circuits through which online payments are made for products purchased through the Site;
d) to companies, consultants or professionals possibly in charge of the installation, maintenance, updating and, in general, of the management of CapsuleShop hardware and software or of which the Company uses for the provision of its services;
e) to companies or Internet providers in charge of processing and / or sending documentation and / or information material on behalf of the Company;
f) to other companies belonging to our Group, with offices in Italy or abroad, within the European Union, as well as to the opticians affiliated and belonging to our distribution network, who will be able to treat them exclusively as external data processors personal on behalf of CapsuleShop for the purposes indicated in art. 5.
g) To show our Trusted Shops seal of quality, as well as make available to customers all the reviews and products on offer at Trusted Shops after an order, the Trusted Shops Trustbadge is implemented on our website. This is to safeguard our legitimate interest in an optimized marketing activity for our offers, a predominant element in the general evaluation of priorities. Trustbadge and the services advertised with it are an offer from Trusted Shops GmbH, Subbelrather Str. 15C, 50823 Köln. By connecting to the Trustbadge, the server automatically stores a so-called log file which contains e.g. the name of the requested file, your IP address, date and time of the consultation, quantity of data transmitted and the provider used (access data), documenting the request. All access data are not analyzed, but deleted within seven days from the end of your visit to the site. Further personal data is transmitted to Trusted Shops only if, at the end of an order, you have chosen to use Trusted Shops products or have already registered for such use. In this case, the contractual agreement already entered into between you and Trusted Shops applies.
These subjects operate as Data Processors on behalf of CapsuleShop, for the purposes indicated in art. 5 above.
Your data may also be communicated:
h) to all those subjects (including public authorities) who have access to personal data by virtue of regulatory or administrative measures;
i) to all those public and / or private subjects, natural and / or legal persons (legal, administrative and tax consultancy offices, judicial offices, chambers of commerce, chambers and labor offices, etc.), if communication is necessary o functional to the correct fulfillment of the contractual obligations assumed, as well as the obligations deriving from the law.
The data concerning you will not be disclosed, except in anonymous and aggregate form, for statistical or research purposes.

The data are processed and stored on the servers of Seeweb srl, DATA CENTER MILAN, Via Caldera, 21 Green Building wing 2 20153 Milan - Italy.
They are also processed, on behalf of the Company, by professionals and / or companies appointed to carry out technical, development, management, administrative and / or accounting activities.
Art. 11. Transfer of data abroad:
As part of the purposes indicated in art. 5 above, your personal data may be transferred to countries of the European Union or to third countries with respect to those of the European Union or to an international organization; the interested party will be informed whether or not there is an adequacy decision by the EU Commission.
Art. 12. Retention of personal data:
The personal data concerning you will be kept only for the time necessary to guarantee the correct provision of the services and the sale of the Products marketed by our Company.
In the event of cancellation, exclusion or disabling for non-use of your account on the Site, your data will be kept, even by third parties to whom they have been communicated, in compliance with the legal obligations on the conservation of accounting documents or for purposes of public security.
In any case, it is understood that your personal data will be stored and processed for the period of time allowed by law, in particular, starting from the request to cancel your registration in the Company database, for 10 (ten) years with reference for the purposes referred to in art. 5 lett. "a" and "b" and for 2 (two) years for marketing purposes and sending newsletters as per art. 5 lett. "c" above.
After this period, your data will be transformed into anonymous form, so as not to allow, even indirectly, to identify the interested parties.
Art. 13. Right to access personal data:
The interested party may exercise the rights provided for in articles 15 and following of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 and, in particular:
- the right of access, rectification, cancellation, limitation and opposition to the processing of data;
- the right to obtain, without hindrance from the Data Controller, the data in a structured format commonly used and readable by an automatic device, to transmit them to another data controller;
- the right to withdraw consent to treatment, without prejudice to the lawfulness of the treatment based on the consent acquired before the revocation;
- the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor for the protection of personal data.
