Coffee beans Selection Arabica BRAZIL Illy

The Illy brand is among the most renowned and well-known coffee brands in Italy and in the world. The grinding of the coffee is important for the preparation of the espresso and allows you to personalize the coffee ritual right from its preparation. The coffee in this special Single Origin selection comes from the Cerrado Mineiro plateau in the Brazilian state of Minas Gerais, a tropical savannah with a remarkable diversity of species. The climate of this area is influenced by strong rainy and dry seasons and is therefore ideal for the cultivation of this coffee, which is intense and enveloping, with strong notes of caramel and dried fruit that are enhanced thanks to a new dedicated roasting profile.

Thanks to the pressurization process, the aromas of the blend are kept inside the Illy jar. Product packaged in a protective atmosphere, the caffeine content not exceeding 1.5%. Store away from sunlight and heat preferably in the refrigerator, avoid improper use of the jar as the edge can be sharp after opening.
