The Passione 88 chicory Nespresso compatible capsules give you a healthy drink with a bitter taste, very similar to ordinary coffee, but with the advantage of not containing caffeine. The chicory root is dried and then toasted, before being pulverized. The powder obtained is boiled for a few minutes and then filtered, like a common decoction.
