The blend is made up of 7 varieties of Arabica from all over the world: SHB, HB, HGA and "Washed" from Central America; "Washed" and natural from Brazil and Colombia; "Washed" and natural highland sun-dried from Ethiopia and Kenya; "Washed" and deep sea naturals from India and Indonesia.
Blend Arabica is a full-bodied espresso, with a full flavor and a very intense aroma, rich in many pleasant sweet notes. The cream is consistent, with a homogeneous and intense color. The notes of caramel and toasted bread and light floral references stand out. The aftertaste of the coffee lasts a long time on the palate and is elegant, clean and balanced.
The medium roasting of the coffee takes place with the traditional method, i.e. in a rotating drum with a discontinuous cycle, where the beans rotate inside a cylinder crossed by a current of hot air which allows for uniform roasting.
