Passione 88's Nespresso Crema di Trieste compatible capsules are the result of a skilful balance between Robusta variety (20%) from India, which give strength and body, and 80% of a blend of Arabica from Brazil, Peru and Colombia, rich in sweet, floral and aromatic notes.
Crema di Trieste is an espresso with variegated aromatic notes, of sweet chocolate and white flowers, accompanied by the classic acidity of quality Arabica.
Its characteristics are fully enjoyed if tasted without sugar, to fully appreciate its complexity. It is clearly an espresso that can be enjoyed throughout the day, but at Passione 88 we thought it especially for the afternoon and evening hours.
Roasting takes place with a traditional method, that is, in a rotating drum with a discontinuous cycle, where the beans rotate inside a cylinder crossed by a stream of hot air which allows uniform toasting. The slowness of the traditional process (up to 10 times slower than the continuous one) brings out the refinement and aromatic complexity of high quality coffees. Watch the video to see the delivery!

The single-dose Crema di Trieste capsules of Passione 88 are packaged in a protective atmosphere. This allows for maximum hygiene and long-lasting taste (2 years if well preserved). CapsuleShop.it advises you to keep the coffee capsules away from sources of direct light or excessive heat / cold, to avoid the deterioration of the aromas and flavors of this coffee.
Equivalent to the originals, they are compatible with all Nespresso coffee machines and with most Nespresso capsule machines.
