The Amabile Blend coffee capsules are designed to be compatible with the Esse (Mito) system machines. They contain a blend of 35% Arabica and 65% Robusta, characterized by extreme strength and body. The blend is made up of 7 varieties from all over the world: natural and washed Arabica from Colombia and Brazil; Arabica and Robusta "Washed" and natural high-altitude sun-dried from Uganda, Ethiopia and Togo; SHB, HB and HGA high and medium mountain Arabica from Central America; Arabica and Robusta "Washed" and natural Indonesia, India and Vietnam.
Amabile blend is an intense, creamy and full-bodied coffee. The toasted notes dominate followed by hazelnut and chocolate, due to the intense roasting. The cream is abundant, with an intense and persistent aftertaste.
Roasting takes place with the traditional method, i.e. in a rotating drum with a discontinuous cycle, where the beans rotate inside a cylinder crossed by a current of hot air which allows for uniform roasting. The slowness of the traditional process (up to 10 times slower than the continuous one) brings out the refinement and aromatic complexity of high quality coffees. Why adopt the S system?
